Jane Wang



Chief Inspiration Officer



Jane believes that beauty is a two-sided coin. On one side is your inner beauty and on the other is your outer beauty. Both are equally important to achieve a sense of balance and satisfaction.


As Chief Inspiration Officer of Citi Beauty, it is her job to help her colleagues and clients to find the right balance of inner and outer beauty through the company’s products and services, as well as through her personal encouragements.


Jane believes that beauty is a right, not a privilege. She works hard to ensure that anyone who wants to look and feel beautiful can find it at Citi Beauty.


She is also of the view that expensive beauty solutions are not necessarily good ones and she has spent her life researching the best beauty treatments from East and West that people can still afford.



Hary Zhang



Chief Innovation Officer



Hary believes that innovation is the lifeblood of a company as it keeps the business fresh and relevant. He tells his colleagues that if they don’t innovate, they will become obsolete like dinosaurs.


However, Hary also believes that it is a concept that is highly-misunderstood by many people.


According to Hary, innovation need not require R&D or invention or even big investments as it is about finding new ideas to do things better, faster and smarter. And best of all, those new ideas can come from anywhere or anyone. You just need to look.


As Chief Innovation Officer of Citi Beauty, Hary works very hard to inject new but also relevant innovations into the company in all the different aspects of the business so that no department or person falls behind as the company races into the future.



Kelly Yang



Chief Infrastructure Officer



Kelly believes the purpose of a company is to provide a platform where even ordinary people can come together to do great and extraordinary things.


That is why as Chief Infrastructure Officer of Citi Beauty, she works very hard to ensure that all the systems and processes in the company are fully-optimized to enable people to do great work.


Kelly is always looking for new methods to streamline the company’s operations to remove time-wasting activities and boost efficiency to higher levels.


She encourages her colleagues to aim for perfection and once they get there, to start all over again. To her, that is the only way to stay ahead in a hyper-competitive industry that is forever changing.



Yan Guo



Chief Interface Officer 1



Yan Guo believes that the first step to lasting success is empathy – the ability to walk a mile or two in the other person’s shoes to see their point of view and understand their pain points.


The second step is to develop the ability to solve the other person’s pain points with effective, fast and safe solutions.


The final step is to build personal and professional credibility by always saying what you mean and meaning what you say, regardless of who you are dealing with.


As Chief Interface Officer 1 of Citi Beauty, she is responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day operations and management of one of the company’s beauty spas. It’s a job that she has done (and loved) for over 10 years now.



Connie Sua



Chief Interface Officer 2



Connie believes that the key to success is to find something that you love to do and then commit 100% to it.


She doesn’t believe in doing things half-heartedly. She tells her colleagues that if something is worth doing, you go all in. Or you don’t even start.


She tells her colleagues that when you focus your time and energy on that one thing that you love to do, two amazing things happen. You become great at what you do and other people also think you are great at what you do.


As Chief Interface Officer 2 of Citi Beauty, Connie manages another of the company’s beauty spas, and spends her time working with customers directly or training/retraining her team members.
